1. About El_m213
El_m213 is an online boutique based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, specializing in streetwear and sneakers. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed via WhatsApp or Instagram. Accepted payment methods are Interac, cash (in-person handoff), and PayPal (friends/family). Prices are shown in Canadian dollars.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide. In Canada, expect 1 to 5 business days after shipping. For pre-orders, about 4 weeks of supplier reception then 1 to 5 days of shipping. All orders are insured.
4. Refund Guarantee
All our customers are insured from A to Z. In the event of any problem with an order — regardless of the reason (customs, seizure, lost or damaged package, etc.) — the customer is fully refunded the total amount paid.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Every order goes through a quality check (photos and video sent before shipping). For any question about a return or exchange, contact us directly via WhatsApp or Instagram before sending an item back.
